At Socktopus, we want your feet to be happy, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or a new pair of socks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your return package.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned socks, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
